General Policies
Simple Folds specializes in providing high quality cards and
friendly service at a fair price and timely manner. If you
have any questions on ordering, or policies, please contact
our customer service department. Simple Folds strives to
keep construction time of the cards down to a minimum, we do
however, need plenty of notice on large orders because every card is
cut and constructed by hand they do take some time to finish.
Please also note that since Simple Folds creates, cuts and constructs each card by hand, no two cards are exactly alike. Cards may vary in construction and colors slightly. Colors on inside of card (under the pop-up) may also vary depending on what color of paper is available.
Custom
Card Policy
Once Custom card draft is approved by client, changes to that order
may not be made. If additional changes are requested and made after
final proof has been approved then additional fees may apply. Custom
Card orders MUST be paid in full before construction of cards can

Sample
Custom Card Set-up Fee Policy
Because of the customized nature of our cards we may have to charge
a Sample Custom Card Set-up Fee. This fee will be $25.00 and will be
expected to be paid before the sample custom card is created. If
however, you like the sample custom card and you place an order of 10
cards or more, your $25.00 sample card fee you paid will be
subtracted from the order total.
We will create the sample custom card for you to view online and
proof. This process takes time, we first have to create the artwork
that you prefer to have on your custom card, then we have a
printing, cutting and construction process. Every card that Simple

Payments
Simple Folds accepts payments by PayPal or credit card through
PayPal. Credit card payments are processed via PayPal.com. You
do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card through PayPal.

Shipping
Simple Folds will only ship to United States addresses.
Security
At Simple Folds we do not share your private
information with anyone.
Refunds
Because of the customized nature of our cards we do not accept
returns. However, if an error has been made on our part, items
may be returned, as long as they are received back within 10 days of
the delivery confirmation date. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after
ten days of delivery confirmation date. If you have questions
